About This Game Copoka is an open-world exploratory indie game about a bird building its nest in a totalitarian city state. As a player, you are soaring free, high above the city of Copoka, as a contrast to the citizens below. Your goal is to find and collect twigs for your nest, and as you construct your home piece by piece a story of intrigue and politics beneath around you.Key FeaturesTake wing and enjoy the freedom of flightExperience a city boiling with strife and political turmoilEavesdrop on conversations to get the full story of the cityStoryThe city of Copoka is in distress. Speakers all around the city proclaim the glory of the Great Leader and how she will bring salvation to a country in need, while people lament in the streets about starvation and dissatisfaction. Something is brewing in the back alleys of the slums. Whispers in the wind tell about a coming uprising, about an end to the suffering and new hope for the citizens of Copoka. Being a bird you can undertake the role of silent observer. By listening to people around the city a more nuanced picture of the brewing conflict is revealed - a conflict concerning clashing ideologies regardless of social standing or allegiance. Of course, it’s up to you if you wish to stop and listen. After all, what are human concerns to a bird anyway? 7aa9394dea Title: CopokaGenre: Casual, IndieDeveloper:Inaccurate InteractivePublisher:Guru GamesRelease Date: 1 Jul, 2016 Copoka Free Download [Torrent] copoka pizza 家庭式手工窑烤披萨 (有#街口外送). copoka pizza 外送. copoka ocean of games. copoka credits. copoka steam. copoka gameplay. sofia coppola. copoka meaning. copoka download. copoka achievements. copoka home sweet home. copoka video game. copoka cave story. copoka cave story. copoka game. copoka game walkthrough. copoka video game. copoka pizza 手工窯烤披薩 台北市大安區永康里. copoka download. copoka wikipedia. copoka pizza 手工窯烤披薩 台北市大安區永康里. copoka game. copoka home sweet home. copoka story. copoka pizza. copoka feathers. vasya_copoka. copoka game download. copoka game download. copoka meaning. copoka feathers. copoka pizza 家庭式手工窑烤披萨 (有#街口外送). copoka nest. copoka nest. copoka-kopobka. vasya_copoka. copoka pizza 外送. copoka pizza. copoka wikipedia. copoka steam. copoka the bird flying simulator. que es copoka. copoka achievements. copoka story. copoka free download. copoka ocean of games. sofia coppola. copoka walkthrough. copoka game walkthrough. copoka review Very nice short game. Plays similar to a walking sim style, with the story simply told passively as you explore the environment. Exploring the story also grants you the required collectibles to progress forwards.Nice art style, and design of the environment matches well with the story. The story itself is interesting, as you follow an oppressed people, but you can't influence it in any way. Good soundtrack. Game had some (minor) framerate & shadow issues.. Let me just say, first off, that I've only been playing a few minutes, but felt like I HAD to write a review right away. This game works great as a portfolio piece or a proof of concept. Worth the price, but could be so much more. I've wanted a game like this since I was a kid watching my dad play Wings of Glory. All those flight sims, and no one ever bothered to make a bird game?! I jumped on this game the instant I saw it. It's almost exactly what I wanted as a kid: a relatively large, lovingly crafted (seriously, maybe I was projecting, but really felt like you could tell the developers put some heart into this) world full of small details for you to explore as a fricken bird! The soothing music, and the addition of human dialogue that you can overhear as you fly close- and specifically setting it in a USSR-like world, are all great touches. But, while this works as a great starting point, it still has a lot missing, and a lot that needs to be tweeked. Number one: the controls and the flight, overall, need to be improved. It really doens't work with a keyboard, which is a shame. It would be nice to be able to move using WASD, strafe with Q and E, and then look around with the mouse instead of the arrow keys. Maybe even using right and left clicks for accelerating and breaking instead of Shift and CTRL. Or, at least giving us the option to change the control settings as we prefer. Once I got a controller plugged in it was better, but still didn't feel as natural as one would WANT flying as a bird to feel. I feel more natural flying around as a druid in World of Warcraft than in this game. I may have to mess with sensitivity and see if that improves things. However, there are also clipping issues that need to be resolved that really take you out of it. Most often when walking on the ground I found myself suddenly unable to move forward for no apparent reason. I would love to see a game LIKE this, but with more to it, as well. While this game seems like an interesting sort of narrative form, an actual bird GAME would be fun. In Copoka, you fly around looking for feathers, which make you faster, and for shiny things to decorate your nest - which leads you near humans so you can overhear their conversations about the oppressive regime they live under, etc. Then you return to your nest to drop off the shiny object, and off you go again. That's plenty for this particular game, and this price point, but I hope the developers will aim for more on their next project. Needing to eat/drink, having other birds around, maybe threats to avoid (not necessary, but could be fun), find a mate, build a nest, etc like an actual bird sim game.. Interesting game, reminds me of Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, due to the fact that it is heavily story based, exploration, and little to do but discover the story and build a nest. With this being said, however, it is a fun and intriguing game. So far I have played through the first little chapter, I guess it would be called a chapter. I do have one little gripe, however, before starting to play I went into settings and changed the camera to be inverted, though when starting the game, the controls were not inverted. I went into the options mid-game and changed it back, but I could not go far enough down to save the settings, I am playing with an Xbox 360 controller. I had to go back to the main menu and change it. When I reloaded the game, my movement, left analog stick, was correct, but my camera, right analog stick, was incorrect. Therefore, I play with correct movement, and try not to move the camera too much. Here is a video playthrough of the first little chapter. https://youtu.be/N2MX2AbIOCg. Walking simulator by a bird perspective. Stunning visuals. Great artistic direction. Ending is a bit meh.. Even with all the problems the game has, I feel like I have to recommend it.The game is short (I can finish it twice in four hours, one of them a 100% run), and the more difficult part is getting to work the controls, and that only cost me 5 minutes. It's a simple game, about being a bird and getting objects to ornate your nest. You fly around a city full of political turmoil, but you don't participate in it, only listen to it while you are running around. The bad parts are:The game shows you in bright lights and from afar where in town a conversation or an object for your nest is available, which leaves exploration only to some really easy to find feathers that makes you fly a little faster.BUGS! There are graphical bugs, some strong and some more simples. During the whole chapter 1 I have a flickering object dividing town in two, that almost made me quit. But, to me, the worst part is in the ending. Even when the human part of the game gets an ending, with the revolution killing the leader and getting to power, you, as a bird, don't get any ending for your story. I was waiting for the eggs to crack and giving birth anytime when I get the last part of the nest, but nothing happens more than a 'Thank you for playing' screen, and then back to the same game, nothing changes. You can't land on some 'logical' places for a bird to land. I tried to land inside an air vent, and into some electrical cables, and you can't land on them. That take away the inmersion of being a bird.Even then, the good parts are really good in my opinion:The feeling of flying is nice when you get the handle on how to maneuver it. Getting to the top and then falling at full speed, only to go back up at the border of the floor feels good. The city is beautiful!! When you go from the port to the nature zone outside the citi, is a gorgeous travel. The art is great in general, with people made in a nice style. The game is very relaxing, and gets you inmersed into the world. The human story, even when lacking in some parts, feels nice enough and interesting to follow. Some of the voice lines are not very good acted, but they aren't the worst in games neither.. Quiet game with a bittersweet story lived through a detached and original point of view.Takes around 1h/1h30 to finish but the experience is interesting enough to justify the price.Plus, they're giving the soundtrack for free and you can only love a studio that doesn't try to rip off its customers. <3. THE GOOD: Great way to tell a narrative, good voice acting, nice soundtrack, appropriate aesthetic, easy to 100%.THE BAD: Difficult to work out what to do at the start, collision detection is iffy but not game breaking.A four chapter story told through eavesdropping as a bird whilst busily collecting shiny things. A great experience.. 9/10It can be challenging to move outside of the usual gaming space I inhabit, with action-oriented gameplay and very clear, direct objectives. When I started Copoka, I was thinking in this vein: "OK, I should look for the purple feathers to increase my speed, look for bubbles to find conversations, and look for bright and luminous zones to acquire materials for my nest," etc. Although these were important aspects of the experience, the "point" of the game seems to lie beyond. After about 30 min with the game, I stopped thinking so much about checking these boxes, and let my mind wander as I flew through the city. It can take a while to fly from place to place, and so it just won't do to become overly impatient. When I allowed my mind to wander, it took me to some very interesting places. The art style and music are quite beautiful, and the city design is intriguing. It's fascinating to think that throughout the personal and political turmoil of those who reside in the city, the bird's mission remains the same: to find materials to complete it's nest. Although Copoka (the city) undergoes a revolution, it makes no difference at all to the bird and his mission. The materials that you collect have special significance as well: you find what appear to be military medals of valor and rank, bullet casings, and even a pair of broken glasses (that I imagined could have resulted from an encounter with an overzealous police officer). However, all of these serve the same purpose for the bird, and it does not distinguish one from the other nor understand the significance of any of them.It is an effective game at inducing a sense of perspective in the player. Especially now, I feel that this is needed. So much of what is currently occurring at the highest levels of government in the United States (where I reside) feels unprecedented and permanent, so Copoka serves as an important reminder that "this too shall pass." One of the citizens that you can visit in the game is a painter on a hillside, and he seems to understand this perspective and give a human face to this epiphany. In the grand scheme, human beings have only inhabited the Earth for .004% of its history.
